I began ski teaching in Autumn 2001 following a period of intensive coaching. Further coaching and instructor training lead to my current ski coaching and instructing qualifications.

I usually ski throughout the Winter 'on snow' split between teaching, training and skiing for fun with friends.

When in the UK I teach selected sessions at the Madely Snowboard and Ski centre in Telford Shropshire. Madely offers skiers and boarders an 80 meter dryslope.

Each Winter I teach in Europe, working selected weeks in several resorts, including Pila, Courmayeur, La Thuile or Baqueira-Beret.

One of my favourite places to coach and instruct skiing is Baqueira-Beret, the exclusive Spanish resort in the Pyrenees. Baqueira is frequented by the Spanish royal family and assorted celebrities.

The resort made the headlines in 2006 when Victoria Beckham skied there with her family.

Baqueira is a great resort for all levels of skier offering a selection of accessible blues and reds for 'cruising' while also offering a huge selection of 'inbound' off piste.

In 2001 I started flirting with snow boarding, and have been recently completed the BASI Level 1 instructing qualification and regularly teach in the UK when at home.

I've just upgraded my board to a Santa Cruz GLX Limited with Flow Pro 11 F.'s.
