Your Business Plan will help reduce your risk, help you understand the critical elements needed to succeed and minimise unpleasant surprises once you are underway. As important, it gives you monthly sales and profit targets to aim for and test against. I can help by giving you an unbiased assessment of your Business Plan, and making appropriate suggestions. During a half day session, you can present your idea 'Dragons Den' style and we can go through and develop your plans and ideas. Cost: £175 for a 'one to one', 3 hr session.
